Oh yum! I love homemade chicken pot pies-never did care for the frozen ones, I think mainly because I always want potatoes and corn in mine and I can put in as much as I want. Looks delectable Pam!

That crust really does look beautiful. I try to make a triple batch of pie crusts when I have time and then I stash them in the freezer like you do, but when they doesn’t happen, I will admit, I do use the crust in the red box. It’s great in a pinch and I’m not afraid to say I use it dammit, lol.
