&lt;em&gt;It is rare that we don&#039;t finish it within a couple of days but it lasts just fine in the fridge for up to a week. Use plum or Roma tomatoes to get the best texture.  Make extra, you won&#039;t regret it!  -Katie&lt;/em&gt;</description>
