		<description>Usually mole sauce has chocolate. I would think the deep color would come from chocolate but I don&#039;t see it on the list of ingredients?

&lt;em&gt;Nope, no chocolate in this mole.  The color of the sauce is a dark, brownish orange.  It will be darker depending on the colors of your chilies etc... and also depending on how long you cook the sauce down.  -Katie&lt;/em&gt;</description>
