Katie! Thanks so much for linking this soup- it is so good that I want to make it again. Sorry I missed this link love earlier! I am starting to look at soup recipes too- it is in the 60′s here but at night it is getting cold enough to eat soup.

Favorite fall food? Chicken pot pie. I don’t have a recipe. I just make the sauce out of butter, flour, salt, pepper & chicken broth. Homemade crust of course and whatever veggies, left over chicken I have & a boiled & cubed potato. I love the potato. I tried it once with a sweet potato & it was awesome. Oh & one time I tried it with tarragon – that was ridiculous good.

I can’t wait to make this on a chili day. Yummy.
