		<description>Two suggestions for keeping the filling from sliding off.  First suggestion is to scoop a little of the bread from the center of the bagel before topping, to create a grooved ring for the toppings to sink into.  Second suggestion is to make the filling without cheese - if you normally keep cheese of some kind in the fridge, then you can just top it with cheese before the last 20 seconds or so of heating.</description>
