		<description>Does the butter have to be unsalted or Salted OK?  Is margarine ok also?...hope you still read up on this old post...i see it was from way back in 08.  i stumbled upon while searching choc pie.  thanks

&lt;em&gt;Salted butter is fine, you may want to cut back on the additional salt.  I wouldn&#039;t use margarine.  Hope this helps! -Katie&lt;/em&gt;</description>

This pie looks amazing.

&lt;em&gt;Memoria, everything goes in the cold saucepan in step 1. Add the milk, egg yolks, sugar, salt, flour, and cocoa to the pot, whisk to combine, then turn on the heat and whisk constantly while it heats and cooks. &quot;Milk through cocoa&quot; refers to using the ingredients as they appear in the ingredients list, but I will write them in so it&#039;s more clear, thanks!  -Katie&lt;/em&gt;</description>
