		<description>It&#039;s hard to find a good bagel...I started buying these frozen kind that are parboiled...Ray&#039;s NY Bagels, you finish baking them in the oven, they are good!!

This cream cheese is perfect...yum.  now I&#039;m totally craving some on a bagel!</description>

		<description>I lived in Dallas for about 13 years and at the time authentic bagels were really scarce.  And my parents were New Yorkers, so they were determined to find a good deli.  There was only one, but it was close by, thank goodness.  I worked there after high school for the summer and the bakers used to come in at 2:30 a.m. and start boiling.  The deli also made 7 types of fresh whipped cream cheese.  *Crying*  I miss that place.

And now I want a bagel.</description>
