		<description>oh, yum!! my favorite is baking a wheel of brie topped with minced garlic and honey inside a ramekin... the garlic roasts inside the honey and becomes really sweet offsetting the cheese perfectly.  This seems like an ideal alternative for those days that I just need my cheese fix asap :)

		<description>Sounds great!  If you&#039;re up for experimentation, crackers with blue cheese, honey, and a drop of truffle oil are delicious.  An odd flavour, certainly, but fantastic.

I really want to invest in some truffle oil, but haven&#039;t yet found a worthy source.  I also need some blue cheese pairing tips, I am too afraid of failure to try on my own. -Katie&lt;/em&gt;  </description>
