I made this for my boyfriend on our anniversary, and he loved it! He likes lemon a lot, so I used lemon extract for the glaze. Since it went over so well with him (and the leftovers went over well with his family), I decided to make it for the potluck picnic my English class was having. Sadly, the cake split horizontally and crumbled when I tried to remove it from the bundt pan! My mom offered to spray it for me, and I let her, so I blame her. ;) Just kidding. Still, I was devastated, but I went to Raley's and bought a lemon cake there. It wasn't the same, though. This recipe is MUCH better. Thank you TONS!!!

I am known for my 'scratch' cakes by friends and family. One day, in a time crunch, I made this lemon jello cake recipe and took it to a function. The group was all over this cake. They loved it! I always knew it was good, but my pride was knocked back by the response! There are good things to be made with a couples of boxes!
