1-lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed

Then for spices, I add the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.fiestaspices.com/?page=menudospicemix&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Menudo spice mix&lt;/a&gt; to taste, along with some salt and heat until the beans and tomatoes are hot. It gets even better if it simmers for 10-15 minutes. 

This spice mix is found in the ethnic foods aisle and is cheap cheap cheap! Makes a great taco filling.
